Payment Methods

YIshengcai currently accepts PayPal and eligible credit cards processed securely through PayPal.

1. Available payment methods

• PayPal balance and supported PayPal funding sources.
• Eligible credit or debit cards offered within PayPal checkout. Availability depends on your country, currency, account status, and PayPal's eligibility rules.

We do not currently advertise or accept direct bank transfer, cash on delivery, cryptocurrency, or cards through a separate card processor unless a new option is expressly shown at checkout.

2. Card information

When you choose a card option within PayPal, the payment is handled by PayPal. YIshengcai does not directly receive or store your full card number or card security code. PayPal's own terms, privacy policy, security checks, and availability rules apply.

3. Authorization and order acceptance

Submitting payment authorizes the charge shown at checkout. Your bank or PayPal may place an authorization hold before the payment is completed. An order is not finally accepted merely because payment was authorized; our Terms of Service explain when an order is accepted.

4. Currency and conversion

The checkout shows the transaction currency and total before you confirm payment. If your funding source uses another currency, PayPal or your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or conversion fee. Those charges are controlled by the payment provider, not YIshengcai.

5. Failed or declined payments

A payment may be declined because of incorrect details, insufficient funds, account restrictions, risk screening, regional limitations, or issuer controls. We do not receive the provider's confidential decision details. Please verify the information, contact PayPal or your card issuer, or try another eligible PayPal funding source.

6. Security and fraud prevention

Orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention. We may request reasonable verification or cancel and refund an order when we cannot verify authorization, the payment is reversed, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the original funding source used for the purchase. We cannot redirect a refund to another account or card. After we initiate the refund, PayPal or the card issuer controls posting time.

8. Payment questions

For questions about an order amount, contact us. For login, funding-source, exchange-rate, or payment-account issues, PayPal may need to assist you directly.
